CUSTOMER CARE

Customer satisfaction is of high importance to Holly Jennifer.

Please do contact us if you have any questions or queries about an order or product. 

Most of our items are handmade and I pride my self on completing these to the highest quality possible. But please bare in mind that as with all handmade small imperfections may occur, although if I spot these I would remake an item. I am only human and sometimes I may miss something. I do have a 'not quite perfect' page where if I have spotted something which is not to my own satisfaction, I post there for a discounted price.  

I will always put love, knowledge and skill in to creating my pieces and it is extremely important to me that my customers are happy with their items.

PRIVACY & SAFETY

I use wix payments to process payments via this website. I also use a square card reader for in person transactions. Automatic emails are sent to your email address to confirm your order, abandoned cart and when your parcel has been posted. If you sign up to receive emails from Holly Jennifer, you may occasionally get promotional emails. I will not pass any of your details to another company for any reason.

Prices are currently set to each size and the amount of fabric required. Prices are subject to change at any time.
