Returns & Exchanges

REFUNDS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at holly.jennifer20@gmail.com to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that all items must be in their original condition and packaging.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

SHIPPING

Shipping charges are set to reflect the weight and/or size of the parcel. Items will be sent via Royal Mail -Tracked 48. If the postage paid is higher than what it cost to send the parcel, a refund will be processed for the difference.

I aim to ship with in 3 working days. If you order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday there may be a chance the parcel wont be posted until Monday or Tuesday.
